What happens in the skin consultation

Our aim is to find out what you love and don’t love about your skin, if you have any  skin  and what your skin goals are. We combine that information with a full skin examination and assessment, so we can create the right treatment and skincare plan for you.

During your consultation, we’ll remove makeup or products from so we can fully your skin, assessing the texture, thickness and colour which could indicate concerns such as acne or . Your skin will also be examined under a skin scanner, which can indicate if your skin is healthy, dehydrated, oily, congested or has sun damage. We will take your before photos, so you can see your progress  your plan.

We’ll then discuss your daily and and plan to get the best results for you and your skin. We may recommend a number of options including chemical peels, microneedling or Hydrafacial, and to use at home.  on your goals or the severity of your skin concern, we will refer you to a doctor or specialist nurse. And if you are in injectables as a solution to the signs of ageing, we can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber too.

To secure an appointment, we will a deposit. Your credit or debit card will be against your . consultations are free of charge subject to a £25 deposit. In-person are priced at £50. Please refer to our for more information.

Book a General skin analysis and consultation skin consultation with a nurse or practitioner. Ideal for those with mild to moderate skin concerns mild acne, congested skin, open pores, pigmentation, dull skin and mild signs of ageing, or for those who are simply just unsure where to start. Your skin will be fully examined for a number of skin concerns, your skin goals will be assessed, and your personalised treatment plan will be recommended. If you have more pronounced skin concerns that a doctor or , we may refer you, and can also refer you to a nurse prescriber or doctor for .

To secure an appointment, we will a deposit. Your credit or debit card details will be secured against your . For or Nurse we take a fully refundable (subject to terms) of £25 and £50 for Doctor led . Please refer to our for more information.

Your skin lasts around minutes. This will allow the practitioner to fully assess your skin and your skin goals, discuss your concerns and create a  plan.

The is completely free, but we do require a £25 deposit to secure your . You won’t be if you attend your appointment, or you cancel or move your appointment over 48 hours before your appointment in line with our cancellation policy.​

The cost of your treatment and/or skincare plan will be confirmed during your consultation, but treatment can start from £59, on your clinic.

Your consultation will be with one of our experienced nurses or practitioners with extensive knowledge of the skin. Should you have a more severe skin concern, they can also refer you into a doctor or  if you need to see one. Please note these consultations with a doctor or are chargeable and do a refundable* deposit – please check the consultation price before booking. We can also refer you to a doctor or nurse for an   if you are concerned about the signs of ageing. These  are free, but we do require a refundable* £50 deposit to secure your booking. Please check our  for more information.

We will ask you to come makeup free, but feel free to bring some with you to put on after the consultation if you wish.

Our expert skin practitioners will ask a of questions which are designed to help them create the best plan of action to tackle your skin concern. For example:

You can wear makeup to your appointment, however, we that you come makeup free so that we can spend the maximum amount of time your skin. We cannot fully examine your skin with makeup on as we need to assess the texture, thickness and colour which could indicate such as acne or sensitivity.
