You place these units a few tiles directly behind your tank; as the enemy deploys swarms to kill the tank, your splash unit instantly incinerates them.

The Executioner, in particular, is a top-tier support unit because his axe pierces through enemies, hitting everything in a straight line.

• Pulling all enemy defenders into one clump for his axe is devastating.
• Beware of the ‘Valkyrie drop’.
• They are the ones actually dealing the massive damage; the tank is just a distraction.

Melting the Defenders

You need high-DPS, single-target snipers like the Musketeer, Flying Machine, or Night Witch to rapidly melt through thick defensive lines.

The bats swarm the enemy’s single-target defenders (like the Inferno Tower), distracting them while the Night Witch and the Golem crush the building.

Magic as Support

Spells cannot be killed by enemy troops, making them the most reliable, guaranteed support in the entire game.
